"As Vice President of Training and Development for Bank of America and ADP I have engaged many consultants on a myriad of projects. Caitlin easily ranks with the very best that I've known. Her innovative and very sincere approach certainly provided excellent results for me. She and her team will definitely show workshop participants the path and methods to improve their performance and achieve both business and personal success."

In-House Workshops
Corporate clients hire us to design and implement workshops on all aspects of communication.
These can be designed based on general principles (eg 'assertiveness at work', suitable for an audience diverse in skills, experience and background) or tailored to help a precise group with a very specific need (eg: presentation skills for sales people, communication skills for managers, visioning skills for leaders).
Listing all the different workshops we offer would be a mammoth task; we would also run the risk of being mistaken for a provider of on-the-shelf products. Each workshop we create is bespoke, designed in response to a clearly identified set of issues and needs that require resolution. To give you a sense of the subject matter that we cover, we would refer to the 'By Specialty' section. Or simply contact us and we'll be glad to clarify.
Public Workshops We currently offer public workshops on the following subjects:
If you would like to know more about our public workshop schedule, please contact us or look for updates in the Essentials Ezine.
'Pro Bono' Workshops
Our pro bono work is currently directed towards helping out-of-work professionals, displaced as a result of the recent downturn, re-enter the job market. We do this by working with 'Experience Unlimited' regional job clubs run by the EDD exclusively for professional, technical and managerial job-seekers. We currently offer free presentations and workshops throughout the year to Experience Unlimited members in San Francisco, Santa Clara, Marin, Pleasant Hill, Fremont and Millbrae. To find out dates of our next workshops, contact us or look for updates in the Essentials Ezine.
