Program
This eight month long development program consists of:
Attendance of four formal education sessions (3-4 hours each) - one
every two months - between the months of April and November 2005.
Putting leadership principles into practice after each session by creating
a two-month leadership 'game' to play in between sessions, noticing the
results.
