Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
California Law AB 1825 came into effect on Jan 1, 2005. Consequently, employers
with 50 or more employees are required to provide all management and supervisory
staff with a minimum of 2 hours' sexual harassment training by January 1st,
2006.
